TRUTH AND UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

"The truth never forces us to believe, it simply survives our disbelief." All for Nothing

What is true?
Whatever withstands time is considered lasting truth. There are also "moments of truth," when a great truth is suddenly unveiled and life shifts. Truth endures, but is also a living and growing force.

What is true love?
An unconditional regard that withstands time. Unconditional means without grievance, expectation or demand. Like truth, true love endures but lives, adapting to continue. Unconditional love is a continuing positive regard, an effortless state of grace that allows for an ongoing, transformative moment of the real.

Truth, and unconditional love, are both inevitable, effortless and real.

While we may struggle to remember truth and love each moment, their beauty is ever present. There are times when each of us resist truth and love, often as a result of our own fears. Overcoming resistance is helped by continually showing unconditional love to others, to continually forgive and to extend new opportunities, to let truth and love live. Truth and love will live with or without us, and the only struggle comes in resisting them. By giving unconditional love, we then come alive.
